  • Reply STOP to any Corvannis text message to unsubscribe immediately.
  • You may also reply HELP at any time to receive support information.
  • Alternatively, contact us directly at support@corvannis.com to request removal.
  • After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. No further marketing messages will be sent. Note that opting out of marketing messages does not affect transactional or service-related messages associated with an active service agreement.

8. HELP Response

If you reply HELP to any of our messages, you will receive a response containing:

  • Instructions to opt out (STOP)
  • Our support contact information

9. Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Corvannis is not responsible for charges assessed by your carrier for sending or receiving text messages.

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information collected through our messaging program. However, no method of electronic transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Retention

We retain messaging consent records and opt-out records for a minimum of four (4) years to comply with applicable regulations and carrier requirements. Phone numbers of opted-out individuals are retained on our suppression list to ensure they are not re-messaged without new express consent.

12. Compliance

Corvannis’ messaging practices comply with:

  • The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
  • CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices
  • 10DLC registration requirements administered by The Campaign Registry (TCR)
  • Applicable carrier guidelines.
